Once your project is scheduled, I’ll send you a simple onboarding form with everything I need — services, photos, colours, references and any specific preferences you have.
I make this part easy and guided, even if you’ve never created a website before.
Yes. At the end of the project, you’ll receive a step-by-step video tutorial showing exactly how to update text, images and basic content.
If you prefer not to manage updates yourself, I also offer optional maintenance plans.
Some elements are not included in the website package, as they depend on each client’s needs or require separate tools. Here’s what falls outside the project:

If you need a full brand identity or a new logo, this can be added as an extra service.

I guide you on what to write and how to structure your content, but full copywriting or editing is charged separately.

You will need to provide your own legal documents.
If you don’t have them, I can recommend trusted templates or generators that you can purchase.

Domain, hosting and email accounts are not included in the website price.
If you choose Hostinger, you will pay their subscription directly, I simply help you set everything up once your project is booked.

Your website will be fully responsive and designed to work perfectly on all devices.
Yes, I can integrate your existing booking links (Fresha, Booksy, Calendly, Timely, etc.) directly into your website.
Please note:
The booking platforms themselves are not included in the website price, you must have your own account set up.
I simply integrate the links so your clients can book easily.
For clients in the UK, I offer a 3-month instalment plan through GoCardless, or you can choose to pay by credit or debit card with the usual 50% deposit and 50% on completion.
International clients receive a secure payment link and can pay by credit or debit card.
All payments are processed in GBP (£), and your bank automatically converts the amount to your local currency using its own exchange rate.
Depending on your bank, instalments may also be available.

After your first message, I’ll send a short form to understand your needs and quote you correctly.
Once the project is booked and the first payment (or payment agreement) is confirmed, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire so we can begin the creation phase.
From there, we move step by step through structure, design, build and final delivery, always guided and organised.
